Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has tied up with Jamaat-e-Islami for government formation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

PTI leader Barrister Saif approached Jamaat-e-Islami’s political affairs in-charge Bahrullah and proposed an alliance.

In the proposal from PTI, it was said that there will be no objection if independent candidates join Jamaat-e-Islami.

Ali Amin Gandapur also contacted Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer-ul-Azeem and proposed an alliance.

On which Amir-ul-Azeem said that it can be considered if PTI contacts formally.

Amirul Azim said that the leadership of both the parties can sit and consider this proposal.

Bahrullah, in charge of political affairs of Jamaat-e-Islami, has also informed his central leadership in this regard.

Sources say that consultation is also ongoing on the names of the expected chief minister in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, former governor and speaker Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani will be the expected chief minister.

Sources say that Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani is considered the most senior in the party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the founder PTI made Mushtaq Ghani the governor and speaker.
