The Peshawar High Court dismissed Awami National Party (ANP) leader Emil Wali’s case against former chairman PTI Imran Khan as ineffective.
Peshawar High Court Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Justice Waqar Ahmed heard the case against Imran Khan on behalf of ANP’s Amil Wali.
Emil Vali’s lawyer said that neither the assembly nor the founder chairman PTI are members anymore, so the case is no longer admissible, just write so much in the order that this case can be filed in the future.
The petitioner said that Imran Khan had won from 7 constituencies in the by-elections, the assets and nomination papers were misrepresented by the former Chairman PTI, he did not mention Tosha Khana gifts in the papers.
The petitioner had pleaded that PTI should be disqualified from 7 constituencies for non-disclosure of assets.
Later, the Peshawar High Court dismissed the petition as ineffective.
