There has been significant progress in the case registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Faisal Javed in the Bani Gala police station, the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad indicted Faisal Javed.
The case of intimidation and quarreling against Faisal Javed was heard by Civil Judge Qudratullah.
The lawyer Safai Sardar, requesting to adjourn the hearing, said that it is the first date, the documents have to be seen, on which the court said that today is the date of indictment against Faisal Javed.
The court rejected the request to adjourn the proceedings without hearing and filed the indictment.
The court has called the statements of the witnesses in the case against Faisal Javed on May 13.
