During his trip to Rajasthan, he encouraged followers to run mills, saying that exercise has the potential to benefit the mind and body immensely.

Shilpa Sethi says, ‘Chikki Chalasana Pose’ improves the performance of the back and upper body while improving digestion, strengthening the arms and legs.
