The re-counting of Form 45 in constituency PK 21 of Bajaur was stopped after Jamaat-e-Islami objected.

An objection was raised by the Jamaat-e-Islami leader that Form 45 should be counted in the presence of their candidate.

After this objection, returning officer Shah Nawaz Khan stopped the counting again.

The RO has given one hour time to the Jamaat-e-Islami candidate and lawyer to appear.

It should be noted that Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan candidate Sardar Khan was declared successful from PK-21 Bajaur 3 constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly by getting 16 thousand 844 votes.

According to the results released by the Election Commission of Pakistan/Returning Officer, independent candidate Ajmal Khan was second with 15 thousand 713 votes.
