The anti-terrorism court of Islamabad rejected the pre-arrest bail plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Amir Mughal in the case of violation of Article 144.

Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain of Anti-Terrorism Court heard 4 cases against Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Amir Mughal, Amir Mughal appeared in court in 3 cases while he did not appear in one case.
Aamir Mughal and his lawyer did not appear before the Anti-Terrorism Court in the case registered in Safai police station, Golra.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain dismissed the bail application against Amir Mughal in the case of violation of Section 144.
The court has also issued a detailed decision to reject Amir Mughal’s bail application.
In this regard, the court says that if the past record is not attached with the application, the bail is dismissed.
In the light of the investigation officer’s statement, 2 bail applications of Amir Mughal were disposed of while the hearing on one bail application was adjourned till February 13.
