The Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered to delete the observations against Pakistan People’s Party leader Raja Pervez Ashraf by the decision of the Islamabad High Court.

A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on the appeal of former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf to delete the observations against him.
During the hearing, the court remarked that judges should be careful while giving observations against a person in his absence, if judges have to make observations against someone, they should notice him first, hoping that judges will make observations against someone. Will be careful in the future.
The Supreme Court further said that a single judge of the Islamabad High Court had made strict observations against former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf in 2012. According to NAB, nothing was proved in the NAB inquiry against Raja Pervez Ashraf. Care should be taken in giving.
Later, the Supreme Court accepted the appeal of Raja Perveza Ashraf and ordered to delete the observations against Raja Perveza Sharaf from the decision of the Islamabad High Court.
Islamabad High Court Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui gave observations against Raja Pervez Ashraf in the Gujjar Khan road case in 2012. NAB was ordered to conduct an inquiry into the case against Parvez Ashraf
