Accused Muhammad Aslam was sentenced to 2 years in prison after being found guilty of marrying an underage girl in a local court in Karachi.
The crime of marrying an underage girl was proved in the session court Karachi, for which the court sentenced the accused Muhammad Aslam to 2 years imprisonment.
The prosecution said that the accused was accused of marrying a 15-year-old minor girl.
The court said that the witnesses of the marriage and the bridegroom are absconding in the case, to which the prosecution said that the girl’s father had registered a case of kidnapping.
