On the issue of electoral excuses related to the general elections, the Election Commission has decided to write a letter for the establishment of tribunals next week.
Sources say that the Election Commission will write letters to all the five registrar high courts next week, requesting the high courts to set up a tribunal to hear election complaints.
Sources said that the tribunal will decide on the excuses within 4 months, instructions will also be issued to penalize those who try to delay the case in the tribunal.
